Ama Manor was established in 1999 as a Dungeon. The whole house is dedicated to BDSM and fetishes. Ama Manor hosts the Unnamed Group's play parties once a month.

The Manor is a work in progress as it is over 125 years old. The basement has exposed rock walls, and is furnished with plenty of Dunegon furniture. The first floor boasts a suspension room, sensation room, a dining room and a more intimate room with toys and a puppy cage. The second floor has a classroom, a medical clinic, the sissys boudiour and of course Mistress Deborah's room.
